Available Operational Features
- Overview: Track revenue metrics, pending payments, and real-time sales performance.
- AI & Automation: Connect your Zalo account to enable AI-driven customer support and messaging.
- Sales: Manage the Kanban pipeline, create orders, and track payment status.
- Customers: Store transaction history, identity leads, and manage omnichannel care.
- Products: Centralized catalog for pricing, images, and SKU descriptions.
- Reports: Analyze shop growth, revenue trends, and operational efficiency.

Example phrases for the chat button (no VClaw required)
The assistant matches Vietnamese / unaccented keywords and **routes you to the right page**. When the gateway env token is set, the same chat can also stream from the AI.

Not fully automated yet
- Auto-posting to Facebook / Zalo: Integrations save connection state; there is no one-click “post for me” yet. Pilot: compose on the channel or export SKU CSV from Reports.
- Omnichannel customer threads: Inbox in the app is internal tasks + demo UI; wiring Zalo/Messenger is a later step.
System data can be initialized with sample records to help you get started with the interface.
