Terms of Service

Welcome to VClaw. These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VClaw regarding your use of our operational tools and the OpenClaw substrate.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the admin shell or using our features, you confirm that you have the authority and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not access the Service.

2. License & Usage Limits

VClaw grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • 1Use the VClaw platform for internal business operations management.
  • 2Integrate OpenClaw workflows into your sales processes.
  • 3Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer the system core or use the service for illegal purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

VClaw is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages, including local data loss due to hardware or software failures on the user side.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding malicious use of connectivity infrastructure. You may terminate your use at any time by removing the application.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
